My grandmother taught me at a very young age how to pray the Rosary. Little did I know this ritual of praying would help me through some of the hardest times in life, including the passing of my husband. Nor did I realize, until after-the-fact, that my father was required to make Rosaries at the catholic boarding school that he attended as a young boy in Italy.

Looking back, I remember feeling very different from the average kid as I seemed to have empathy for all, even the bully. I loved everyone and everything and wanted so much to be like Jesus. I have had the privilege of God nourishing me through the seven Sacraments of initiation in the Christian community such as Baptism, Confirmation, Communion, Reconciliation, and Matrimony. I observed the power of the Anointing of the Sick, and the Last Rites as they were performed for my beloved husband. I believe in Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary, and all the Angels and Saints. I am a daughter of traditional Italian-American immigrants, was a loving wife for over thirty years, a mother of two gifted young adults that serve the community, and a friend who recognizes that the Holy Spirit has shown up in many forms throughout my life.

Additionally, I am a retired art teacher, having taught 2D, 3D, and digital art for 32 years in the private and public education sector, making me an experienced artisan in multiple art forms. My favorite art forms have always been drawing and design, jewelry making, ceramics and filmmaking. I had very much enjoyed teaching, I felt like I was making a difference in people’s lives, but now I have a new calling. I have been awakened to the gifts of Healing Touch, and am a master Reiki practitioner, and a tarot and angel card reader. I now serve the community by praying the Rosary daily and by creating and selling my unique one of a kind rosaries. I strongly believe that prayer has the power/an energy that can cause peace, love and transformation in our world.
